It’s been a while since we have returned from our report writing trip. The trip was very fun and entertaining. I learned a lot of interesting information and saw many things that one cannot see in Pennsylvania. One minor setback was that weather cancelled multiple people’s field trips. One of the planned trips that was cancelled, was yours truly. It was unfortunate, but luckily a long time geology buddy Blake T. offered me to do a separate project at his location of Jockey’s Ridge State Park. It was such a unique place and I personally have never saw sand dunes so large. I ended up turning my experience at Jockey’s Ridge State Park into a teaching experience on the beach at our hotel. I will leave you with a picture of the beach right in front of our hotel.
